Exceptional cuisine and the best seats in the house are hallmarks of this prestigious behind-the-scenes VIP dining experience. Privileged groups of up to six diners can watch the Chef and his skilled kitchen team from close quarters as they prepare a sumptuous Cantonese feast to delight all the senses.
From 5 February to 21 February, the Chef Table will be dressed by the precious red and clear crystal of the legendary Maison Baccarat. In this refined scenography, guests will discover a unique menu, perfectly combining the subtlety of Asian flavours with the elegance of local and seasonal French products.
