Laurent Poitevin
Chef Poitevin brings an impeccable gastronomic pedigree to The Peninsula Paris. The son of a Michelin-starred chef, his own career has seen him cook up a storm at Michelin-starred restaurants across Paris, including Hotel Vernet, L’Angle de Faubourg and Le Taillevent. Chef Poitevin also completed two assignments as the personal chef to the French Minister of the Interior.

"To live is to share" is his motto and inspiration, and this guides his creative process. Inspired by the superlative quality and diversity of French ingredients, Chef Poitevin strives to produce simple, yet highly imaginative dishes for diners to enjoy on The Kléber Terrace.
