The Peninsula Paris eliminates your need to cross the Atlantic this summer for a taste of the California life with a nod to wellness, a menu overhaul, sunny decor updates and nightlife offerings that rival that of the City of Angels.
Under the guidance of Chef Codney, Executive Chef at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, the menus at Le Lobby and La Terrasse Kléber will adopt the healthy eating principles much-loved by Californians. Accompanying early-morning power food, a choice of cold-pressed juices with detox properties, such as a green smoothie made from green fruit and vegetables will be made available. At sunset, the menu will turn to another wave of unique, California-inspired dishes than can be paired with a selection of biodynamic Californian wines.
Guests can continue the evening festivities in the magnificent wood-panelled surroundings of Le Bar Kléber or its outside terrace, sipping brightly coloured cocktails.
Throughout the summer, guests will also be able to enjoy a playlist of California-inspired lounge and electro-lounge sounds. From 6:00pm on Tuesdays to Saturdays, there will also be live music hosted by the hotel’s resident DJs.
In addition, a Kure Bazaar nail colour bar will also be set up at La Terrasse Kléber every Saturday and Sunday afternoon, offering an unmatched palette of rainbow nail colours.
Guests searching for that perfect California glow will be able to enjoy many new beauty and wellness offerings this summer at The Peninsula Spa. Sébastien Besnier, the establishment’s star hairstylist, will offer a special California-inspired hair treatment designed to mimick a sun-kissed effect while therapists will devote themselves to holistic beauty treatments, including the natural-product-based 24K Gold Age-Defying facial, which promises a Hollywood glow.
Finally, to further celebrate the Californian summer in Paris, guests are invited to book an unforgettable stay in a luxurious Rooftop Garden Suite. Located on the sixth and seventh floors of the hotel, four duplex suites feature a private roof garden and terrace perfect for hosting an intimate barbecue party – a popular pastime at The Peninsula Beverly Hills - while contemplating the Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower.
